Clouds and Clouds of smoke UPDATE (videos and pic inside)
^^oh ok to the op, if i was you i would pull the head take it to the machine shop and have them vacume test it. that will tell you if the valve job is good and also should tell you if you have any cracks. then remove the oil pan and remove the pistons out of the top and replace ALL the rings. have someone that knows what they are doing install them. replace with a factory oem headgaskit with NO copper spray. and i can almost gurantee you will have a good engine. also check the oil orfice that sits right into the top of the block between the head. and while your at it buy a oil squirter for a b18c1 you should be able to put it in with the pan off.

the rings need to be rotated to a certain position when installed, an OEM Honda manual can give you the position.
if they were not rotated correctly and the rings not put in their proper place then this can cause an issue.
re: the valves being seated wrong. did you have the valve seats redone on the head? did you lap them in?
there is a guy in Palm City who does amazing head work. He can get the valves seats down to the exact cut they need to be at. I can get the info. for you.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

there is nothing wrong with the head guyz. i already got it back from the machine shop...... any local rings i can buy that are good besides honda?
