Default Civic window problem.(vid inside)

Hey TR..I have a window problem idk if its out of track or wat but it doesnt close all the way, watch the video. Its a 00 civic coupe passenger side.. hope that some 1 can help me..

remove panel, take out regulator and look at the teeth, some might be stripped or messed up. i know its the regulator cause i have fixed that same problem.

96-00 civics always suffer from that, my friend bought a si with both windows doing the same, im always down to help.

I got a good replacement regulator from Magic for cheap--that place rules!

How complicated is the work involved?
Do i have to remove the window out of the door?
Can i use the same motor?

yes you have to remove the winow its only 2bolts then its easy to remove the rest...but look for same price you can buy a new with A NEW MOTOR...
