the one reason i say not to use the copper spray is the felpro vtec gaskets have that blue coating over them to seal itself almost like the old graphite gaskets you see on the dseries motors.. but if your problem of the headgasket keeps happing you will need to have the block decked as well to match the resurface of the head

then from watchiong that video the way the smoke is coming out like that even at idel i have to go with a ring problem maybe the cyl is over honed or a shitty hone job was done but somewhere there is a gapp

 

Well there is still the issue of the blue smoke...there is definitely oil being burned and the only way for that to happen is for it to be getting past the rings somehow. He said the head was resurfaced so technically that shouldn't be an issue...he needs to get an oem honda head gasket and I hope he is using ARP head studs with the head being removed and reinstalled so many times.

 

yes arp headstuds are being used, well i guess we need to replace the rings and check the cylinder walls, the shitty part was these were oem honda rings (pricey)

where do u get me taking the whole thing apart and putting it back together rang? those were the picks i took before the valve job and then i put everything together and this started. the car didnt smoke this bad before.

 

Where can I buy these npr rings? and I pulled all the plugs and only cylinder one, the plug was a little wet. The other 3 were dry and nice and brownish. Cylinder one is the one with higher compression also.

 

I had the motor together with low compression in one cylinder. Pulled head off for valve job and put it back together. Since then is when the car started to smoke crazy like that. It started to smoke that bad after the valve job.

 

Cylinder 1 reads higher compression due to the oil soaking...that is why we said LEAK DOWN test it. This is the ONLY way to know what the issue is before pulling the whole motor apart. NPR rings can be had on ebay.
