Default AEM wideband help

So I bought this gauge off of here that was sworn to be a wideband...turned out to be a wide band sensor with an air/fuel aem gauge. Wondering if anyone has made this work as a wideband. I found the wiring colors for both the gauge and sensor, matched everything up...and the gauge wont do anything but 8.41. any help?
the colors on the gauge are: Orange, Brown, Red, Black, White, and Blue
the colors on the sensor are: red, white, black, gray, and yellow.
Any help to make it work would be appreaciated.

I would think that you have a wideband gauge. My narrow band gauge only has 3 wire inputs.

yeah i have an autometer regular air/fuel too and it just has the red, black, and purple wires. Just didn't know if anyone had found a way to make these gauges work together or not

Work together? Why would you want both?

I have my narrow band hooked to a lc-1 with the output for wideband from 0-1v...so basically it makes the narrow band into a wideband gauge.

If you have the wideband gauge throw out the narrow band one and just use the real one.

Thats what im saying...it really doesn't make any sense...and even AEM doesn't know what the hell it is. They think its out of an older system that had a commander unit with it they said? I dunno..AcuraKing sold it to me and swore up and down it was working in his car...but everyone i talk to has no clue how it would

No you can program an lc-1 wideband controller to output a wideband signal that is 0v=21 a/f and 1.1v=7.8 a/f

Narrow band gauges read from 0-1.1v...in essence that would mean I am using my narrowband to display a wideband signal...and believe me it DOES work.
