the hp that it layed down did no justice. but ill run your b series when your done. then we can see whos on the other end of the luck..

Do you have a dyno sheet? Just interested in how the curve looked. Did the custom header fall through? Im going to be hitting up Proven Power soon to use there dyno again. Good Peeps.

yea i decided not to do the header do to me turboing the car. so we went with a shitty ebay header for now. darrel has the dyno sheet up at the shop. plenty more power for sure. just couldnt breathe so.. but were looking for 450 turbo and thats my major goal.

267 to the crank and 212 whp with 200lbs trq
what does that mean, you made 212/200 to the wheels but 267 to the crank? What kind of dyno was this on?
Was it with full exhaust? open header? 212 200 is horrible for your setup. Ebay header does suck but not that bad.

^no just the way it guesses,like your itr motor is RATED at 195hp but is putting down about 160/170to the wheels

20% loss would bring 267 to 213 so its about right, but we worry about tq anyway.

ill have it up soon. tell me about it. we ran it with an ebay open header. we all think that the motor has alot more then what its worth. with the power curve hits 212 it doesnt drop just kind of does a wave deal. so we think its not breathing up top. also this is with up taking the car to only 8k. we built it to rev to 10. so we will see on the next tune in 3 weeks or so..

Never had a problem with Cometic but the black was decked as well as the head. Copper spray works well and proper torque sequence.
You said the builder was good so maybe it is a bad gasket. That really sucks because it is never easy to go back and redo it.
