Turbo Integra

Ive got a 1994 Acura Integra RS which is daily driven. It currently has 164000 miles(mostly highway)and runs like a champ. It has been serviced regulary before I purchased it 4 months ago. So far everything runs smooth. But I know the motor needs refreshing. Ive always heard that RS/LS motors are a decent motor to add a turbo to due to their strong 1.8L block. My questions are these: If I wanted to add a turbo between the choices of the RevHard Stage II Kit OR the DragGen II or III kit which one would be better suited for adding daily driven Hp but still have enough power to get the e.t.s down. And Im thinking with that many miles on my motor that I should have it tore down and add new seals etc..to it just to make the motor stronger(newer). Also if I tore the motor down to add new parts(pumps thermo etc..)is there anything I should do(within means)while its apart. Im not looking to turn my car into a drag car just a nice daily driven car with a good even amount of power. Any help opinions would be appreciated.

Good Deal...Compression tested pretty much equal in all cylinders(dont remember the reading though..165-185..i think). So I could simply add the kit and that will give me roughly what Im looking for? And what is a better clutch to go with when adding that type of setup...ACT street/Clutch Masters?
why u say make sure u got an intank fuel pump? out of all the things u need to run a turbo honda you mention the fuel pump.is it that important? i got one but i was just curious. thanks
haha good call didnt know the stock one was that bad. im gonna start the hondata parts search soon. should be complete by very beginning of summer. but the hard part is trying to find someone to tune it once u get everything
