Its a toss up between the CTR and ITR which manifold has the shortest runners and yeild a better high end. Im planning on using the ITR thottle body so I dont which combination is best.

Have you looked at the Skunk2? Performs better than either of those and can be had for cheaper I believe...

well i have a skunk 2 on my gsr. but i have read in scc that the new jgeddelbrook honda manifold is even better but i have yet to here someone tell me this who actually has one
