Default need help trouble shootin ls vtec oil leak

Ok I just built a ls vtec for my little brother and its dumping oil in to the number 4 cylinder. I already replaced the valve guide seals and the head gasket. I know for a fact its not the pluge because I had it welded shut. The only thing I can think of is the rings but its dumping a lot of oil in the cylinder. Does any one have any ideas what else it could be?
B18a1 block
Jdm itr pistons
Arp rod bolts
Gsr head
Jdm itr cams and valve train
The oil feed hole was welded and resufaced so I know that's not leaking
It had a golden eagle headgasket and now has a cometic ls vtec headgasket
GE dowel pins
Any ideas are welcome before I put new rings on that piston

Its dumping into the cumbustion chamber and the valve cover isn't leaking. And this thing smokes bad. I can pull the plug and see that the piston is wet with oil
