Ok first... Read my posts entirely. Im not saying they don't have diff gearing(Sorry double negative). I'm just saying they only came with a cable type clutch. What year is the car it's in? You didn't answer my question before. If you already know the answer to your question. Why post it in here then?

There are two different types im thinkin it could be then. One of the two highlighted YS1 trans. The only problem is how can i tell which one i have from here.
3.166 1st
1.857 2nd
1.259 3rd
0.935 4th
0.742 5th
3.000 reverse
4.400 final

3.307 1st
2.105 2nd
1.458 3rd
1.107 4th
0.848 5th
3.000 reverse
4.400 final
these are the two gear ratios i found for a ys1 cable trans. I guess one being a ls gear ratio and one being a shorter gear ration. pretty appearant in fourth gear.

The only way to check is ask someone that has an ls/gsr tranny(someone was selling an ls ys1 in the for sale ask them, or if they never used it ask them to ask whoever they sell it to) and knows which one they have on the same vehicle, and tell you their speed in a certain gear at a certain rpm.
As in 55 mph in 5th at 3000. Then compare yours. If it's the same speed then it's the same tranny as they have and they should know. If it's lower it's an ls(has longer gears), if it's higher it's a gsr(has shorter gears).
This is the only way to check if you don't want to take it apart, or you could call honda and give them the code. They might be able to help.

here is another pick of the trans as you can see where the sticker was located. the case and the cowl both have c1 , 01, or o1 stamped in it. idk if that can tell you anything. but everone i have shown this to has said its hydro and i really doubt someone has changed the serial number sticker. Im trying to put the turbo on and want ls gears and thats all i need. Another problem is there is confusion on what it is so if i needed to trade for something i dont want to false advertise.
