Block Guard Removal?

Default Block Guard Removal?

Im haveing a hard time removing my block guard anyone have any tips ive been sitting here for several hours and no luck and if it helps the block guard doesnt have any holes Thanks -Matt

They're not really supposed to come back out. I've heard of the block warping and shit. Last one I tried to take out was nearly impossible. We had to drill it out in peices (if is not welded in there) they're no good If you're tring to sell it after.

Dont take it out! If you need cooling holes drilled into it bring it to me! And hope you are going to bore the block after installing the block guard!

this is how you get it out,do it like you would open a egg
SMASH where the arrors are then it should fall right out

I dont see why i cant reuse it i bought it brand new put it in the block and put the motor in started the car like 3 times and took the motor out? so there said would i be able to use it again?

the reason i say you cant remove it cause they are a bitch to get in there they are not made to be taken out,im guessing your not the one that put it in or you would know why you been sitting there many hours trying to get it out..they are made to fit very very tight on the deck to make the open deck to a m.i.d for less motion and make stronger...and if your able to take it out the block it was in will be off alot and need to be bored to make the cyl walls round again

yeah the block is my friends hes not reusing the block but he would like to keep the block guard if that helps?

your gonna screw up the gaurd taking it out. just buy a new one or dont use one. they dont do much anyways.

This has got to be the best way i have ever seen to remove it! LOL If he needs a new block guard have him call me! 727-541-3400! Cheap!
