Yes they do alot if installed properly! trust me have made 650whp with stock sleeves and a welded block guard! But this one is shot! Once installed they take the form of the engine! Not to be reused!

 

haha yea rang put it best....get the BFH out n start wackin away. thats the only way i know of to get somethin like that out. if it dont come out.....get a bigger hammer or just leave it in there. but dnt use it again!
