I have a stock acura cd player and last night when i hit the eject button to change cds it acted like there was no cd in the cd player and gave me the code cd--. Then when I tried to play the cd it gave me a code CDE-1. I looked in the onwer manuel and it told me to go to the dealer (go figure). Has anyone else had this problem or know anything that I should try before taking it somewhere?

 

call the acura dealership they will give you a code to turn it back on.

 

Well it did reset but the cd player is still having the same problem. Anyone else have any ideas to help me get my cd out?
