its in the distributer, but you gotta make sure its bad first. you can test it with a multimeter, i dont remember the specs off hand. go buy a repair manual like he said and it will tell you where it is, how to take it out, and how to test it.

yeah the mechanic that fix my water pump fix it and then took my o2 sensor to take it out of the mani and didn't put the lower timing belt cover back on because "he was coming the next day" this was friday and im still waiting for him I HATE FLAKERS!! and thief's!!

but back to subject im going to buy the manual... i cant get the rotor off the distributer "its not a virgin" and the person that had it i think glued it there cuz it will not budge but it smells like burnt electronics so yeah i think it is the distributer.. thank you guys.. are any of you willing to drive out to my house and help me with this?? ill pay (as long as you dont charge me like a shop) so if anybody is willin let me know!!..

rangcrx dude im always home cuz i work nights but tomorrow im going to be working all day cuz i do floors for a living, tomorrow is the best day to work cuz there is no body in the offices.. but im going to be fairly close home so ill send you a pm with my number and name so when you are available we can meet so i can show you.. do i take my dizzy to you or you want to take a look at the engine it self?? let me know..

well i should be getting off work around 3pm and taken my car there i hope they dont take long so it might be around 5 i hope we can test our distributor on this car cause it is a ex 92 so you can test mine on your car plus if you want me to look over yours i will be more then happy to

the rotors tend to get stuck on there if they arent changed regularly, just keep wiggling it and pulling on it. when this has happened to me, i just broke it off with a pair of pliers and was able to grab on to the center piece with vice-grips and yank it off, of course then you have to buy a new one.

freakasis lol yeah its pretty stuck i might buy a new one cuz its there on HARD!! and it looks worn down to me but the mechanic said its good ... but yeah i might have to do that...
