how do u kno itr running rich? have u run it on a wideband or pulled the plugs to check? y not bump the fuel pressure back to the stock setting, and run a stock ecu with no chip. there are TONS of things that could make u run rich. be more specific. setup details are good.

his problem is that his fuel pressure is at 58 and should be around 38 ish. no matter what regulator he uses stock or not it WILL NOT lower the fuel pressure

drop your fuel pressure down to stock level which i believe is around 45 psi and see how that does. run it on the stock ecu. do u have any CEL's?

sounds like a clogged fuel return line to me. or a clog in the vacuum line that goes to the regulator. check the vacuum line and see if you actually have vacuum on it at the regulator side. and blow some air in the return line (with the gas cap off) and see if yuou can hear it blowing bubbles in the tank. make sure you have quite a bit of gas in there too when you do that, just to make sure the return line is below the level of the gas.
