how do u kno itr running rich? have u run it on a wideband or pulled the plugs to check? y not bump the fuel pressure back to the stock setting, and run a stock ecu with no chip. there are TONS of things that could make u run rich. be more specific. setup details are good.

like i said sorry for spelling but i said that i have changed stock regulators and aftermarket plus i said that i have a stock ecu and a chipped one both run the same . i have changed everything that has to do with feul except for the pump, but the regulator should regulate that.and i said that i have a ls not itr or type r or what ever.i also changed plugs 3 times and every time they are black as hell.but thanks
drop your fuel pressure down to stock level which i believe is around 45 psi and see how that does. run it on the stock ecu. do u have any CEL's?

i dont mean to sound stupid but how do you drop it down on a stock ecu and a stock regulator that im using NOW thats what im saying every thing is stock.the only thing that is aftermarket is the gauge and a header everything else is stock.i have a b&m regulator but it craped out on me.
sounds like a clogged fuel return line to me. or a clog in the vacuum line that goes to the regulator. check the vacuum line and see if you actually have vacuum on it at the regulator side. and blow some air in the return line (with the gas cap off) and see if yuou can hear it blowing bubbles in the tank. make sure you have quite a bit of gas in there too when you do that, just to make sure the return line is below the level of the gas.
