I have a 93 civic ex and I been thinking about upgrading my factory suspension. I was thinking in getting a set of Neuspeed sway bars as my first step. Is this the first thing I should do to upgrade the suspension? Should I get both the rear front and rear sway bars?. Is Neuspeed the brand I should get?.
Thank you in advance for your comments.

Most people do springs first but you cant go wrong with an anti-roll bar though. Id forget about getting a front anti-roll bar and just buy a rear 22mm seems to be the most popular size. As for the brand Neuspeed makes some good products but they are a bit expensive. Ive got a Suspension Techniques rear bar on my car and I like it just fine but will be shortly upgrading to a Comptech setup.
Some other good brands that you might want to look into are Progress and Ground Control.

Bill I also thought about the Eibach sportline but my undesrtanding is that is you put aftermarket springs on factory shock the shocks will go bad. Is this true?

My passenger side front one went almost immediately. It really depends on how low you go.

Bill you may want to reconsider hte comptech bar/assembly. Yeah you get all that extra reinforcement and a lower rear tire bar but all that bar is is the ITR rear sway along with the support and if you go with tito you wont need that and if you go with an itr rear sway some sort of lower rear tie bar and titos reinforcement youre gonna save some cash over the comptech unit and the quality will be just as good. Take it easy.

I hear ya. At around $350 for the setup I was seriously considering subframe reinforcement. I just couldnt find anyone in the area who would trust to do the work. If Titos work is as good as you say then Ill go that route.
