Default Calling all H swapped Civic's and Tegs

What is your Axle setup with given Mount it.

I want to get a count of how many people run what axle combination with what kit. To see what works best over time.

I used to run DSS Level 1 axles which use the Prelude Intermediate Shaft. This worked great with HCP mounts. Never had a problem. Axles have since then been replaced. Now im running a Accord Intermediate Shaft and a driverside 91 DA axle. I need to replace the passanger side axle still with a 91 DA axle and see if i can get away with running just the DA Inner joint in the trans. OR just swap the Prelude inner joint onto the DA axle.

The reason for me doing this is because when i accelerate in 1st n 2nd (all the gears i have other than 5th) i get a pretty bad vibration (shutter) which i can feel in the steering wheel. Goes away as soon as i let off the gas.

That could be from having solid motor mounts. My steering wheel shakes pretty bad at idle because of this. I will check next time if I am having the same issue as you are in 1st and 2nd and I just havent noticed it.

nah this isnt motor mount related. This isnt vibration from the mounts this is axle related. its unbearable.

Hasport EGH2 mount kit w/ Hasports stage 1 axles, however the boots have been replaced a ton.

Drag racing and hard street driving is fine on this setup, however it seems after each hard autocross event there is atleast one ripped boot. But they're an easy fix so fuck it.
