It has come to my attention that John aka Alpha formerly of Brotherz Racing has been illegally or falsely tuning vehicles on eCtune.

What is eCtune?: eCtune is a engine management software used with factory honda engine computers. Visit eCtune - Home for more information.

Brotherz Racing obtained a Trial version of the eCtune software which allowed them to tune on the software to try it out etc.. In this period they claim to have tuned 5-6 vehicles using the software. The trial expired & was never officially or legally renewed. The problem lies with the fact that John aka "Alpha" claims to still be able to tune vehicle's on eCtune and possibly is illegally using the software or is lying to client's and using a freeware software instead.

Calvin the owner of eCtune would like to find out who John aka "Alpha" has actually tuned on eCtune legitimately when he had a trial version & who he lied to by claiming to tune on eCtune & actually tuning the car on crome or a similar freeware software.

If John aka "Alpha" or Brotherz Racing was charging customer's licensing fees (per car license) and not actually paying eCtune's licensing fees (per car license) the customers were being lied to & falsely being tuned on crome or a very old version of eCtune. John aka "Alpha" & or Brotherz was pocketing the money from the supposed eCtune licensing which the customer's paid for.

Fact: John aka "Alpha" nor Brotherz racing has never paid for any eCtune licensing fees & never became an official licensed Dealer/Tuner.
Fact: After being confronted about this issue, John aka "Alpha" admittedly informed me that he was tuning cars on Crome yet informing the clients that he was tuning on eCtune.
Fact: If John aka "Alpha" is somehow using ectune's software illegally to tune vehicle's he will be prosecuted to the full extent possible.
Fact: Phearable.net will be the only authorized & licensed Dealer/Tuner in the Tampa Bay area.

How to verify you are on a newer stable version of eCtune:
Turn the key to the vehicle's key to the IGN position and watch your CEL light. (Double click fuel pump priming position).
The check engine light will illuminate in a series of flashes. One long flash then two quick flashes following. If your vehicle only flashes with one long flash it is not on a stable version of eCtune or it maybe tuned on crome.
Is it possible that your car is running on an older version which does not have the check engine light blinking code added to it? Yes

I dont deny that I did tune six cars with eCtune. Both Calvin and yourself know this. Calvin never answered me about not being PayPal'd from Brotherz Racing, Jamil Janjua or Javed Janjua. Like I told Calvin. I was simply a "tuner" at Brotherz Racing. And yes they're trying to throw me under the bus like someone else. I didn't have control of credit cards, PayPal accounts or finances. I have spoken to one of my witnesses that was in our meeting. I told him if he didn't remember it was fine. He stated he does remember our meeting. He stated he does remember me giving Jamil Janjua Calvin's e-mail address. I'm not going to argue this on here; defend I will. If you have something you would like to say or ask me. Call me. Not a problem. When I was first informed of this issue & reviewed all of the data & evidence presented to me. I tried not to jump to conclusions too quickly. I have come to the decision that it is in my & eCtune's best interest to inform the public concerning the issue.

Friendship aside this should have never happened.
I am personally insulted by the fact that you would let this occur.

 

When it's another person and myself left to baby sit a company it's hard to stay ontop of them for one hundred things and add another one, Calvin's pay

 

I guess it is easy to play the innocent role of the person that doesn't know whats going on.

Regardless of Calvin being paid for the cars. The fact that you implied that you tuned customer's on eCtune when you actually tuned them on freeware such as crome is not right. Furthermore, if you are illegally using an older version of eCtune's software I would highly suggest you completely clean it off your hard drives. (Friendly advise).

 

And it's very easy to do and say things like that when you and everyone else know about 40% of the whole situation

sounds to me like someone isnt getting as much business as they use too, and now they're pissed.

why else would a "friend" put this out there, without talking to the person first to find out the info.
