D16Y8, Vtec not working, where do I start???

I keep reading more stuff lol
What is this about the OBD1 vtec oil PSI switch bypass? Is this somthing I need to do on a D16Y8?

shouldnt need to if your running a p28. mine is wired like normal. like mtber said. check to make sure you are getting continuity from the solenoid to the ecu. make sure all pins are tight and any wiring done has be soldered w/ good connection

sounds to me like the solenoid is no good, try replacing it

It's the only thing it could be I guess.

I am getting 14 to 18 oms at the solenoid to the body ground.
I am getting 36 oms on the harness.

I am going to try and find another solenoid. I read a few posts where people could here is click but there was still a brob with it. Don't know???
