Umm..the 90 doesnt have a heated o2 sensor. And the ecu would blink them in order 1..7..9..........repeat. Sounds like you may have gotten water into your distributor. Also the tps would certainly cause this kind of chaos. The o2 code will often get thrown just because the engine is running funny, in limp mode and usually WAY too rich.
^+5. wen i started reading this post i called it. wen i had my gsr in my hatch i started working on one night, forgot to close the hood rained in it. change ur dizzy bro.

i just had this same problem last night with my car. the car would not get any power, then majically everything started working again

check the spark plug tubes for water, other than that like stated above could be the dizzy... good luck man...water can do some bad things to electronics....
