Alright I went through 3 different methods of primming the motor and the final conclusion was the oil pump is not good. So I ordered a new oil pump oil pump o-ring oil pick up gasket and front main seal. I took everything apart and there weren't any definitive signs of what would be the culprit. I installed all the new parts and within 90 seconds of primming the motor I had oil pressure. So everything is up and running, Just have to start the break in process.

You took the oil pump apart and there were no signs of anything wrong? Something is missing from this picture.

I took the oil pump apart and there was nothing wrong with it. I don't know exactly why I wasn't getting oil pressure before but now that I put the new pump in there is thing is fine
