ls turbo build questions
i just have a few questions. im starting my ls-t build now and i dont know what size piston to go with 81.25 or 81.5. Im using all forged internals and tryin to make sure i build it right the first time. Ive already got a 16g turbo should i go bigger? If so what size do you recommend? i want to put out atleast 300 using stock sleeves, but also want it to be somewhat reliable. and please dont post idiotic remarks. im just tryin to get other opinions and possible suggestions.

You will have more piston selection (brands) at 81.5mm. A 0.5mm overbore on stock sleeves is fine. I'm making a little over 370 whp on stock sleeves and pump gas with an 81.5mm bore.
A 16G is a bit small of a turbo for a honda. I'd look into a 50 trim t3/t04e with a .48 a/r turbine housing for your motor and hp gains.
