if anything you should be slapped for not doing some research yourself and figuring out your power goals with it, if your going boost or n/a
maybe learning about the motors yourself will help you with your decision since its your car... but thats just a thought...

If your looking for a setup with boost, get either an LS or GSR. If your looking to do an all motor build, the GSR or Type R motor would be a good route for that.

What's it going in? And like everyone else asked, what are the long term plans? Racing or just DD? I've been through a ZC, Mini Me, b16 and now a b17 in my Crx...and I'm sticking with the b17. #1 because I'm over doing swaps and #2 because I don't want to be like the majority doing the same thing. It's all up to what YOU want to do.

oh wait my next choice for you is a h22 ?? so did you pick yet? because if you dont want the h22 you can always pick the h22
but if you really dont want the h22 or the H22 you can pick the f20b dohc vtec and that kinda like a h22 but better in some places

It also depends on what you want to spend as well. When my ludes USDM H23a1 blew up I thought about an H22 swap but found an almost new JDM DOHC h23a3 for 1/2 of what an H22 cost. With cold air induction and other mods it has more than enough power for my needs and runs like a top. So i guess the lesson here is figure out what you want out of the engine, If you want to race or if your only need is good overall performance. And also what you want to spend vs your goals.
