Getting more power out of a D16
BOTH of you guys spoke generally, so I was mearly proving a point.
That's great, of course air being forced into a motor is more efficient and more prone to make power, and yea going the N/A route would be more, but they spoke generally as 125 whp is the limit, I simply provided some information.
Well those are higher numbers, but look at the dollar to hp ratio. Those mods were not cheap and the same or less money gets good turbo parts that are just as relaible. My 98 Y8 has 150k miles,Greddy 19T kit, headstuds, tuned by Vega ,and I just made 240/225 on the rollers 2 weeks ago. If he really likes the n/a thing than do it,but the first race he loses to a mild turbo car and he'll probably be disappointed. HP is like Crack, a small amount is never enough in time.
Maybe the boosted ones running 2-5 psi.

3 psi and untuned. because were telling you without bossting it, your not going to get very far. you would basicaly be wasting 800 bucks. were trying to keep you from doing that, but your prob going to do it anyways and since you dont want to turbo it any parts you buy are not going to give you hardly any gains. whats so bad about turbo anyways?you can turbo it with the money you have and have a blast with it. im sure you will see soon why everyone here recomends turboing it.
good luck
has no one noticed that the OP has not replied for quite a few days haha he is actually getting info through d-series.org haha
yep, were also assholes for telling him the truth and giving him truthfull opinions from experience.
haha, nah he was told the same thing there hmt is the way to go
