hmmm. OK. I guess thats somewhat of an answer. If you turboed a b series, wouldnt you still save a lot of dough and make just as much if not more power than an equally funded k series?

an equally funded k series will still have much more potential than the b series with the same amount of money put into it. especially one on boost. the b series has pretty much seen its limit on boost. the k is still being pushed and has far surpassed the b/h series motors.

But with the cost of the motor, cost of mounts, shift linkage, K pro, swap header, blah blah everything else to swap a (bone stock) k into dc/eg/ek, ect... Would be MUCH more than to build/boost a B series...
Granted you would be baller status if you have a K EG, along w/ the reliability of a stock motor..
Looking at it from a cost/performance aspect id rather have a B series and have money left over...

Look at CFT (If you dont kno em look them up) They made like a max of 8-900 hrpwr on a b series which is nuts but once they built there k series up, which its in the same civic, Now both TORQUE and HORSEPOWER are over the 1000 mark which is fucking nuts considering the car was street legal.
