well i wanna be making like anywhere from 225-270 whp.
i think i can do that on a stock block pushing like 12 lbs or so?
how many pounds can a stock LS handle?

I honestly think just an LS will be enough for your needs. On a stock LS I wouldn't run more than 14lbs and even then I'd recommend ARP headstuds. On 14lbs you should see those kinds of numbers with a decent sized turbo and a good tune.
