Default age old LS/vtec question

what kinda hp/tq does a LS/vtec motor make?

im planning on going ls block with GSR or b16 head.
can anyone give good advice on which head and tranny to go with i plan on boosting it after i get it together

there is no way to guess on your #s until you post your turbo setup

well i jus want the numbers id get from the LS/vtec,

i jus wanted to know what would be the best head and tranny to go with for a turbo setup

well i wont be able to afford type R shit,
i mean like what would be better a b16 head or a GSR head,
and b16, b18c or should i jus keep the LS tranny

there are good points to both heads. the b16 flows better but the GSR will give more compression. i wouldnt use the LS tranny. im surrently using a b16 tranny
