Get the finest grit they have available. I think I use something like a 360 grit and it has worked good on quite a few honda and BMW engines.

i meant as far as abrasive material, the site i listed has silicone carbide, aluminum oxide, boron carbide, tungsten carbide, 25/75 and 40/60 zirconia/alumina, and levigated alumina from 20 all the way up to 800 grit

i'm assuming we don't really need this high end stuff, i was wondering where y'all got yours

where you at? i got a hone you can use, i just finished honing a block, only used it once. it'll clean up the cylinders so you can seat new rings properly in it. its better than a bead hone, its a spring hone with adjustable tension and stuff, if ur interested holla at me....
