ive messed with the ide control valve. ive gone loose and tight with it.. still i get nothing.. it still bounces..

 

theres a fast idle control (under thrt..body) then theres a idle air(on intakmani) control which r u adjusting?fast idle needs to be loosen a little....

 

i always adjust the one lil screw on top of the intake mani.. i never knew about the fast idle thing

 

Take your intake off... Then look in your throttle body with the car running and put your finger on the thumb sized whole on the bottom of the throttle body.

This will tell you if your fast idle thermo valve is causing your idle fluctuation.
