idle bounces.. !!!! ;(.. Y!!!!!

Default idle bounces.. !!!! ;(.. Y!!!!!

i have new plugs, wires, rotor and just replaced the fuel pump.. my idle still sits very low and seems to go lower as the car gets hotter. and wen i put it in park( its automatic) the idle drops.. wats the cause and wats the soloution.. fyi. its a 1992 civic hatch . D15B7

Bad IACV? Bad PCV valve? Vacuum leak?

+1 on the IACV or most likely it sounds like a vaccum leak.

throttle screw too tight or
fast idle control valve too loose or tight
iacv should set a code if not operating correctly..

i will check the iacv tomorrow morning. i was told how to clean it so ill check that. how do i know if there is a vaccume leak?

Take off the IACV and spray it with some carb cleaner to get all the soot and carbon build up outa there

u could hear a vacuum leak ... maybe just need to advance the distributor
cause u say it bounces in the title but in the post u say "my idle still sits very low and seems to go lower as the car gets hotter."
i dunno good luck

wen i start it up it sits low. but wen i drive then put the car in park it bounces.. sorry for the confusion
