i cant for the life of me figure out what is wrong with my car, did the dx to si wire conversion and its my first time messing with it, i got the car started once but now it wont start, im getting code 16 which is injectors and code 3 i thnk which is map sensor i cant figure out where all the damn vacuum lines go either.

need to pay someone who know something about this to help me out
has to be on a saturday though becuase im in orlando but car is in tampa and i can only get back on saturdays.

do si's run a resistor box? im not that keen on ef's

yes they do. the dx model ef did not so you need to add one into the si conversion

 

i have a whole 91 teg swap that i put in resistor box everything.
the car started before but now i cant get it to start again.

i know i have something wired wrong or not hooked up.
its been like 2-3 years since i did a swap im so lost

 

the DX model EF DID NOT come with a resistor box, it was dpfi not mpfi. If you don't have a resistor box then it's not gonna run.

We can't help you if you don't respond to our questions. I just wired my girlfriend's 91 DX to MPFI, so I know how to do it just need to know

A) are you running a resistor box
B) did you repin the ecu
C) what write up did you use?
D) What wiring harness are you using for a donor harness?

YES I HAVE A resistor box. i have a whole swap from a 91 teg. i have the DX harness that came with the car(88civ). im using the write up from honda-tech or someshit i know its right. and i have done all the wiring im just getting 2 or 3 codes

code 16 code 3 and i forgot the other

but code 16 is injectors so something is not right with what i did.

the car has started a few times just wont stay running long.
