On that year integra you can do it by removing the wheel.

Remove the brake dust sheild.

Hammer old broken studs out.

In order to put the new one in you can take a grinder and grind a small portion off the round end of the stud and you can wiggle it back into place and then use a lug nut to pull it through.

This works on integras and civics with the 10.3" front brakes.

All rear disk brake cars can have the studs replaced without removing the hub either.

This works and I've done it many times.

 

One more thing there is only one position that the stud is accessable from so you have to do them one at a time.
