KJ is right. Too many variables. Sleeves can have stress cracks that you can't see with your eye's. Also, there isn't a certain PSI something can hold either. I have seen sleeves crack at 280whp with a good tune. The only time PSI should be discussed is when backpressure at the turbine becomes a problem. It's hit or miss honestly. Have someone put a good tune on it and go from there
