your right not everyone is a master tuner and even if they were they can be sure the parts wont break

i was just looking for a estament not an perfect number all i did was ask a question. i was looking at prices on a skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body and it was about 500 bucks and adds maybe 10hp so then i was looking at piston and rod set and they were 700 bucks so i was just trying to figure out some numbers i was hopeing if i got the p/r set it would hold more then 10 hp more do you understand what im saying? for the extra 200 bucks if i could make 350hp instead of 310 it would be worth the 200 bucks

there is no answer to your question. there are to many variables. all you can do is search what other people are doing and make an opinion based on that

he also has a dyno of a 567whp lsvtec stock sleeves..but even ask him..this isnt normal nor would he recommend pushin that much...if u want to turbo ur car..get pistons rods..the sleeves should be find upwards of 400whp..however they might not and they might be able to withstand higher then that..just get some 9:1 pistons forged rods turbo it for about 300whp(anything more then that u might have a problem with the ls head..bcuz its goin to take more boost to make 300whp then it would with a vtec head on there..and with to much boost on a stock head could cause floating valve..correct me if iim wrong but im pretty sure this is right) other things to consider...also note in these high whp stock sleeve numbers..they are not running 93 oct..and most likely u will be if u want this to be a DD car

This is the proper answer.
