I prefer going with a engine/tranny swap then doing the turbo.

boost in 1st gear is over rated. i dont get any positive pressure in the IM till like 8k in 2nd gear

Also try D-series.org

A d16 can make plenty enough power for a fwd vehicle. Your motor's current weak link will be the tiny rods. They're not gonna like handling more than 200-220hp.

i agree t3/t4 boosting 8psi is kinna safe if you tune and chipped ecu..ull probly pull like 170 the most i think ........
