just run a cast a/c mani from blox and a 50 trim .63 A/R t3/to4e.

Build your own kit, INline Pro would get my vote for the manifold, This will allow for your goals and AC with a 3" downpipe.

that turbo supports about double your goal. if you have deep pockets its a great turbo but far from necessary for 350whp
