what turbo set up would work for me?

im gonna do some research but whats the max hp i can get out of a sc34 or a gt30? and with this set up and a damn good tune what do you guys think of running 12-15psi for low boost and like 20psi for hi, would this be safe? and who would be a good person that could give me a bad ass tune?
Whp levels are going to depend on the manifold/motor application etc.
Do some research before you jump into something too small or too big.
Concerning tuning, check the tuner directory under honda/acura tech.
