Local Place for SLEEVING
Me and my buddy need to find a place local or in central florida at least for sleeving our honda blocks. A b18c, and a b20 block. Want replacement sleeves, darton, benson, aebs, etc. Whoever, whatever, as long as theyre good, decent price, and a local place that can do it that you guys can vouch for. If there isnt any, where is the next best place that you guys have sent your blocks to? Any input is appreciated. Thx.

Nowhere in FL sleeves blocks... Anyone who tells you they do, will just send your block out to one of the companies previously mentioned, and charge you a middle man fee... Might as well just do it yourself...

i have a guy who sleeves blocks here in pinellas..MODERN PERFORMACE in pinellas park.Look his # up..He is very good and great prices.He does port work,over sized valves,balanceing,you pretty much name it.. He works on alot of v-8's but trust me..he is always working on honda parts.

Im pretty sure the company you are referring to can install sleeves - many machine shops around here can do that. However. They are refering to sleeves of the good solid kind. Something your shop most likely is unable to get ahold of. The sleeving process also involves a lot of other things besides just putting the sleeves in.

hey MrLHT, i remember reading some article about eagle and how there sleeves sink or something of that matter. am i making sence. i forgot what they call it but i have also heard that eagle as cleaned up there act. just wondering if u ever heard of anything like this before cause i was thinking about them untill i read this.
