Cedric @ modern performance WILL NOT SLEEVE A OPEN DECK block. I have been using him for 3+years. Although, He can sleeve any CLOSED deck block. He IS VERY good. He personally does all the work that goes through his shop. Not like some other machine shops that have some idiot ASE certified dipship doing your machining. I have NEVER had an issue with his work.

Guys, RS machine sleeves blocks for $800 plus shipping. why try anyone else? They are top notch. They are also a H-T.com sponsor.

I have had 2 Golden eagle sleeved blocks sink, Both were some of there early ones. When Benson was the only ones around every block had a sleeve issue. Golden eagle took care of the problem and and i've had 30+ block done by them ( Including my own) and no since problem.
I use GE on every high HP block we build.
Even if someone charges you $100 to sleeve your block, It worth it when it goes wrong.
Spend the money and have it done right.

Negative. CW Pence & Rebuilders sleeved my sohc in house, I watched them for part of the process. They sleeve most of HDMmotorsports motors. You guys may recall some of their videos that were posted here. I know personally of over 10 people with motors sleeved through these guys. They gave me a deal, but I know for the public then generally charge between 600-700 to sleeve a motor. I purchased my darton pro flanged sleeves for 230 shipped direct from Darton. They will size out all bearings and spec everything out and order the buildup parts for you as well. They've been at that same location for over 20 years.
