Any ideas/sugguestions for my crx?
well LSD sends the most power to theaxle with the most resistance(traction), whereas the non-lsd trannys send the power via the axle with the least resistance. (traction)
As in tires Nittos are a good choice, I would try there new Neogens, they are proven to have longer tread life on a lowered car (with negative camber) then the Nittos NT450 on a non-lowered car, these would be good for longer life but not as much traction.
Nitto 555's would be very nice to have nut cost a little more $, they have a good amount of traction, and tread life is better than the 555R's
Nitto 555R's have a butt load of traction but only lasted a total of 15,000 miles of regular driving on a New Pontiac GTO, and when you have these tires dont go dropping your clutch before you pre-load your suspension.
My suggestion, get an LSD transmission before you get tires, see how your traction is with the tires you currently have and the lsd. Then figure out what tires to get from that point
