I think it is because of the sudden surge of extra power coming that is so violent it thrashes on the components of the motor

LOL, That is the main parts of the motor that really make it stock. Intake, headers, pullys thats still kinda stock. Cams and Pistons is not stock, and at 120 it is only a matter of time till BOOM!!! You have to upgrade your fuel, its the aftermarket pistons that is keeping you shit together.
well now, you also have the rods/crank...bearings, valves springs/retainers.....there are alot more to a motor than just pistons and cams....and they all are an important factor to an engine....and ya im sure its only a matter of time till the motor goes with a 120 shot, but then again with boost its only a matter of time at any boost level before the motor blows aswell...with my experiance with nitrous, as long as you have the right timing and jets for the amount of nitrous you are using it will be ok, to a certain extent...im not saying throw a 200 shot on it and retard the timing a few degrees...but nitrous is safe as long as its used proparly...

I would atleast upgrade some Ignition/fuel stuff and tune it ..

I like to be on the safe side,on the other hand if you didn't do those step's in the long run something is going to happen ..

You can't just slap on a 100shot on and expect nothing will happen over time.. on a stock motor without tearing into the motor..
you people make me laugh....nobody said to just throw on a 100 shot and hope it doesnt blow...and i never said anything about putting a 100shot on a stock motor to begin with, now however i did put a 100shot on a stock single cam, burned a valve the first time i sprayed it, only because my timing was wrong. im not trying to convince anyone to use nitrous but you guys are making it out to be so dangerous and tempermental.....again as long as its used properly nitrous is safe, but dont listen to me....its not like i know what im talking about or anything...

wtf are you talking about, the guy said its nothing to fuck around with, but then said to tune it. No one is bashing nitrous. It's just a fact it can be unforgiving if not tuned.

the only time nitrous is "unforgiving" is when its used improperly, or when a jackass who doesnt know a damn thing about it gets ahold of it.....

I am the last person that will say nitrous is bad, hell I am building a drag car now that will be on the stuff. You are right there is alot of people that abuse it and that is why they mess there motors up. Now I also think you should not go any more then 75 on your stock stuff. This is just my 0.02 and you can use what you like. If you are going to use NOS then have someone put it on right and tell you how to use it.

either BFG Drag readials or Nitto Drag radials.... and as far as the LSD goes, it stands for LSD(limited slip differential) basicaly what it does is helps transfer power evenly to both wheels to get better traction.....
