when i start my car (cold) and let warm up alittle it runs good, after about 5mins of driving i start to feel probs, as i go the car feels wierd, like the motor stops for an instance but sounds like no change in rpm, so it jerks alittle, if i slowly ease on the gas till 4000rpm after that it i can mash it.

also sometimes if i am sitting at a stop light and the try to go it bogs REALLY bad, and ''sounds'' like it missfires. after i get the car movin alittle i can then 'EASE' into the gas

I would say fuel. Reason, my B16A would do this. After it would worm it up it would bog before taking off, or when I would slow down and then go again (like down shift). I bumped the psi to 40 and now it’s fine. You may want to change the filter and even pull the injector and clean theM. You will see all kinds of shit on them.

i had just swapped the motor, and everything worked fine before hand. thanx everyone soo far, keep the opinions coming,

tomarow i am going to clean the injectors, and see if that does anything.also it seems as my car is running to rich,

Sounds like a bad o2 sensor to me... A plugged fuel filter will cause it to run lean all the time and not only when its warm. Since you said it runs good as its warming up(open loop) and when it gets hot after 5 minutes it uses the o2 sensor feedback...
Are you using a different o2 sensor than the one with your previously engine?
