i used on mine and it works great. just out of pure coincidence i'm actually going to buy some today for when i replace my clutch.

I do a 50/50 mix of honda MTF and GM synchromesh

I have used it many trans. I usually mix it 50/50 with what the trans calls for.

Its your choice I prefer both some suggest full Honda suggests none. I like a mix because you get the properties of both fluids.

man it really doesnt make a fuck . As long as it lubes it , and the tranny dont grind , then FUCK IT.

i used regular motor oil for years. I just happen to have a case of sycromesh lying around.
