Offirmative... Either the Penzoil syncromesh, OR the AC Delco stuff, which is the SAME as the stuff from the dealer...

I use the GM synchromesh FRICTION MODIFIED and it works great!

Yeah Gm synchromesh owns all...my b16 used to grind third....put 2 quarts in and it never grinded again untill the duchebag that got the car blew the tranny because he couldnt drive..anyways its well worth the $12 a quart
