Exclamation question about my engine work

i originally was getting my 90 b18 ls block bored out .010 to fit in itr pistons, came into a problem.... one of my rods are bad (spun bearing), so now i think i want to buy a set of aftermarket rods... like eagle or something, where do i find some and how much are they....my next question is i have changed my mind and i want to have my block bored .020 over , sell my new in the box itr pistons and buy another set that would fit an engine bored .020, so what kind of pistons would fit in a 1.8 ls block bore .020 over? and what kind and where should i get some rods. thanks

lol i was just noticing you said .25 and .50 so we're talking mm right?
because .25 mm = .010 in so .50 mm is .020 in and isnt too much to bore!
i though you were talking about boring it .050 in ! lol but anyway when you bore a engine, it's good to go with a lil as posable in order to keep your cyl sleeves [in honda motors] strong!
usually .25 or .010 is plenty enough to get any imperfections out of the cyls. though.

you cant use factory pistons w/aftermarket rods, unless you have the pistons machined

Is this going to be an FI or N/A app? It's almost pointless to run aftermarket rods on stock pistons as the piston ringlands are the weak point of a Honda engine. I would either go back to stock rods or get aftermarket pistons and rods.
