question about my engine work
yeah...i meant that i needed pistons to fit an engine bored .020 over, and its going to be an N/A engine, cuz i dont think i should put a turbo on it cuz they are too expensive... so i need some pistons that will fit a 1.8 bored .020....and im goin to sell my new (in-the-box) type r pistons

I'd run CP's or wiseco's instead of SRP. From a quality standpoint I feel they are a much better piston than SRP. Both CP's and wiseco's run a tigheter piston to wall so you will also get less piston slap on cold start.

Those are press fit pistons so just skip the Eagle rods if you go that route. Also ctr and itr pistons go on rods that are narrower than b18b, b16s so the piston or rod has to be worked for clearance on the small end. If not mistaken, it's about a milimeter on both sides that has to come off. Machine shop should be able to take care of it.
eagle rods wont work on nippon ctr pistons? either way i still need some newer rods than the ones i have, one of them are bad. should i get the nippons ctr pistons or should i get better ones....as far as horsepower and durability
