Lol. This post is too funny. With all your rep points and then I read this post. Why are you running royal purple oil? It has to be around 2-3 times more then regular castrol oil.

Did you not compare the original plugs to the ones you received? Did you gap them? Why were you changing your plugs? What code was your car giving? Sorry man, but it sounds like a combination of you have no clue nor does the guy at autozone. Better luck next time.

also, i agree. i dont go to autozone because all my experiences there suck, and their comercial/slogan suck ASS. plus, it seems i know atleast 1 person at every advanced autoparts i go to, so i get the hookup.
Pre-gapped or non-gapped you should ALWAYS gape your plugs no matter what. They can always get hit in transit and mess up the gap. Feeler guages make the best gappers!

Autozone is my last resort. Advance has better service and people know what they are talking about. You shouldve gone to the Advance Autoparts on Park Blvd. Those guys are the greatest. Eric and Brad are awesome, they work on the weekends. Not so long ago, someone gave me the wrong wheel stud, i installed them, returned them, and they got me the right ones w/o any problems.
I think you just had a bad representative, thats all. Dont blame the company. just talk to a manager about it.
