I would personaly think about a kit like these http://fastbrakes.com/shop/index.php?cPath=28_37_117 you can get a 4 piston calipers that will clear small rims like hx's and have better stoping power. or the big brake kit up too 11" and have a 4 piston caliper. I dont think the nsx is a 4 piston.
