I needed one in my ls/vtec awhile ago, which I thought was going to be pretty hard, I got a helms manual, valve tappet feeler guages, and went outside to do it myself, and it turns out it was just as easy as any single cam or LS I've ever done, only took about 20 minutes too.. I suggest just grab a helms and do it urself, save some money and learn how to do it for the next time u need it done. Keep in mind the car has to be cold though, good luck!

You can listen to this car whore, or bring it to use. We could do like a CMS Valve adjustment day at the shop

do properly do a valve adjustment the engine needs to be dead cold. like it hasn't run in 5-6 hours. it should be done in the morning after the car has sat all night.
