This is just to show a few pics of what ive been building up, and preview of a formal d series build thread to come. If you dont mind just click on the gallery icon for a few snapshots of the block and head. I would have taken the valve cover off but it doesn't matter its all assembled. Again props to Cronic for the vision on the head. This wouldn't be possible without it. Again a formal thread will be coming soon once I can get back to the rest of my parts, and things come together more. Descriptions of what you are looking at are in each pic description category. My friend has a fast as hell fully built sohc turbo set up on the other coast in a crx ... you will enjoy the ride when done!

 

Precision SC61, Love Fab sst, act 4 puck non sprung, Crome, 880cc precision injectors C16 low/high boost tune. 450+ whp hopefully. We'll see what happens though.

Is your friend in cali and from svpmotorsports or something like that? White 92-95 hatch? He is making a sick sohc also. Since your the mod and want to keep your forum as clean as possible, do you think I should just leave this thread and re update the gallery with the pics as they come? That way I can keep the high quality pics. Gallery does not have a file size requirement. LMK i'm new to the uploading pics thing. This is not going to be a full write up or step by step how to build a motor. More of whats being put into this sohc build in terms of parts and pics, as well as comments and suggestions. This is a bare shell; transitioning into a quick street car.
