It is up and coming at this point. As for here in tampa, better get in line.. It's a long line already too

There will be one that I know of shortly and another soon to follow as far as I've heard (who knows)

I'll let these individuals answer for themselves on this one.

Neptune has hit pretty hard here in Houston, alot of shops are tuning it. Did you check the Neptune website for shop listings?

It is lame in the NPR/Hudson area, there are some crazy fast cars but no one comes out....we are on a "Racing" forum and all that comes to the hudson/mitchell rd. meets are like 4 cars that actually race, 32 spectators that follow everyone in there Geo's and 15 underage high school alcoholics.....

i am really anal on who i let work on my car, i am sure a lot of people can understand this feeling. and no not every tuner is the same! some do a better job then others. tony palo used to work for jotech (kenny tran) and i have seen the work he has done on those cars, pure genius.

i just dont like the fact that it is totally non user adjustable no matter what you buy!

for the price you could go with many different options

understand everything you are saying but to be honest with you i dont have the kind of knowledge to start messing around with tuning myself. i would rather pay to have it done right by someone who knows what they are doing. again this is just me though

I know of one person here in Tampa that MIGHT be tuning Neptune here soon. The person is still thinking about it. The only person in Florida as far as I know is Darin over at GSC Motorsports. Neptune is ONLY available to authorized tuners. You can't go down the street and have ABC tune your car with Neptune. You can't buy Neptune either.

yeah pretty much the way it works is you walk in with like $500.oo bux and leave the cacr and you get Neptuned' and thats about it. but when you are 780gazillion miles away and something needs to be changed cause you added a part, or the humidity, or temp drops 30 degrees, youre screwed in da' but.

even when i moved to alabama, it was a 40 degree difference from the weather i tuned in, my IAT would NOT compensate for that much drop in hondata, soooo my car ran like shit. but atleast i would be able to change it if i wanted to.

like ALPHA said, there is only 1 dealer in florida right now..............1

so if you live in tallahasee have fun on the 4-5 hour drive to orlando to get it re tuned!

with sooo many other options in that price range, i would do other things, i have seen used AEM-EMS's for like 800 bux, buy a cheap ass laptop and you are damn near done. no romulator, no burner, none of that, no chips, no nothing. DONE!

dont get me wrong i love my hondata, it works for what I want to do with my car, its perfect for my situation, (up until this year) you could only push 28psi of boost, so hondata users were limited to 28psi, with AEM you could use 42 or so psi of boost, so alot of guys switched over to that.

although i am NOT bashing neptune, it seems to be great software, i just choose a different route, thats the best thing about this country, we can do what we want!
